Coach Spotlight: Jaime Miller on consistency that actually lasts

What makes Jaime’s work especially powerful is that it’s personal.
She didn’t arrive here from theory.
She arrived here from experience.
Jaime launched her first online school in 2010 and spent more than a decade helping non-native English speakers prepare for a demanding English-speaking exam. It was meaningful, impactful work — and she loved it.
Over time, though, her life slipped into what she now calls her “desk potato” phase (and if you’ve ever lived on caffeine and deadlines, you may feel that in your soul).
Long hours. Constant pressure. Minimal movement.
Eventually, she realized she had quietly sacrificed her health in the process. That realization — along with a strong nudge from her doctor — set her on a very different path.

During her years helping others succeed in high-stakes exams, Jaime noticed something important.
